About Sona Mina
Sona Mina first established business in the 1970s in the area of Public Entertainment in Trichy and has since grown to various other businesses both locally and regionally.
Now with the building of the 32 room hotel in 2011, it is venturing into the hospitality industry to provide a better service to its customers and cater to the growing number travelers to the famous Sri Samayapuram Temple and Trichy.
I had recently been to Trichy as a part of my South India tour. I came across this Hotel online, and was quite impressive. I stayed there with my family for almost a week covering the temples around.
The service was simply fabulous. The room was very clean and well maintained. It would be a sin if I dont mention about the food!! If you want to have a perfect chettinad style food, Hotel Sona Mina is the place!!
The ambience was exactly what a family would want for a vacation!! Calm, peaceful, beautiful and serene.
