This place is not suitable for folks who may plan to use public transport. However, if you have your own transportation, then this is the best value for $$ in Trichy.

Stayed here with family from Dec 12th to 19th for temple pilgrimage around Tiruchi. A very a clean place with western toilet facilities, hot water and AC at 1/3rd price compared to a similar room in Trichy centre.

We really liked this place and will stay here again.

Plus:

1. Cleanliness of rooms, bed, towels, toilets etc.
2. Friendly and helpful staff.

3. Best value for the $$
4. I was told that this was opened in April 2011. Therefore, all seems new.
5. Has elevator access to upper floors (my parents are old and we needed a place with elevators)
6. Good room service (morning coffee was excellent)
7. Food service available on site but we did not end up eating here due to our schedule)
8. On site generator to avoid power interruption.
9. In house same day laundry service (i.e., washing machines in the building and the cloths do not go out of the hotel for wash – a major concern for my wife)

Minus:

1. If you rely on public transport – forget about this place
2. On toll road, therefore you need to pay 50Rs daily for a 24 hour pass (not a big deal)
3. No AC in lobbies or hallways and you feel the mugginess even in December when you get out of your room.

Room Tip: We needed two adjacent rooms with access to each other from inside. We stayed at the end room of the hall way and the next room.
